In 2006 richt hij Het Binnenwerk op, een succesvol trainingsbureau met als focus de ontwikkeling van mensen en teams.
In 2012 is hij na een strenge selectie toegelaten tot de prestigieuze business school INSEAD in Fontainebleau, Frankrijk. Hier begint hij in 2013 aan de Executive Master for Consulting and Coaching for Change, een intensieve opleiding van ruim 2 jaar om als consultant en trainer veranderingstrajecten beter en succesvoller te begeleiden. Uitgangspunt van deze INSEAD Master is het creëren van meer begrip voor de enorme en vaak onderschatte invloed van menselijk gedrag op veranderingen.
Stevin beschikt over een MBTI licentie (zowel Step I als Step II) en is DISC gecertificeerd. Ook is hij partner bij het Zweedse bedrijf Celemi, gespecialiseerd in het faciliteren van indrukwekkende business simulaties. Hij heeft zich bij Byron Katie in Los Angeles de methode The Work eigen gemaakt en verdiept zich in London in Unleash the Power Within van Anthony Robbins.

The principal idea behind this INSEAD master is to create a better understanding of the enormous and often underestimated influence of human behavior on change.
